Domestic orders over a $199 the shipping is on us! 

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Australia: 2–6 business days

New Zealand: 5–10 business days

United States & International: 7–21 business days depending on location & carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination & weight.

For international orders (including the US):

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may be charged by your country when your parcel arrives.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

For US customers specifically:

Due to 2025 tariff changes, all parcels entering the US may be subject to customs duties, even smaller orders. These fees are determined by US Customs and vary based on product category and order value.

If your order is being delivered to the US, please be aware that additional import charges may apply at the time of delivery.

Once parcels are lodged with the courier, shipping delays are out of our control — however we will always support you in tracking your order and contacting the carrier if needed. 🤍
