If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you.

You are welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• The item must be free from any marks, scents, or damage

For our international customers, we understand shipping times can vary — your 14-day return window will be honoured from the date your parcel arrives.

Please note:
• Due to the nature of our limited drops, pre-orders, and collaborations, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
• Refunds will only be offered if an item is faulty or if you have received the wrong item
• Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Sacred Circus is not responsible for lost return parcels

Once your return is received and approved, you will be offered:
• Store credit, or
• An exchange (subject to availability)
